Relaxing hotel, the idea of having twin/double room was great. Everything was amazing, even so a few employees were not particularly helpful. The room we had included a safe box, TV and a refrigerator. It was equipped with bidet. The location was incredible and favourable, close enough to restaurants, market area, and Taxi. This place is clean with good lighting, and the location is incredible and convenient for getting to Alharam by taxi, as it's near the market area and the mosque. Paid $109 for the stay.

Location: the hotel was next to the mosque, market area, and restaurants. The room was new-fashioned and reasonably spacious with a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the private bathroom.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. The beds are extremely comfy. The rooms are modern and new-fashioned. The check-in process is very quick. The location is nice and excellent. It is not too far from Medina Dates Market. It is also close to Alharam by taxi.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Medina. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very affordable, making it a great choice for budget travelers. Secondly, I was impressed with the attention to detail. The hotel had a clean and hygienic environment, with crisp white bedding and well-lit rooms, which made my stay even more comfortable. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle of the main attractions, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Everything at this hotel was excellent and there was nothing that needed improvement.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the plus side, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary welcome Arabic coffee and dates, and the rooms were relatively clean. The hotel also had a great location within walking distance of popular attractions.

Our experience wasn't all positive. The hotel advertised itself as having good facilities, but the actual state of the rooms fell short of our expectations.

The check-in process at M Platinum was quick and efficient, making me feel welcomed right away. The location of the hotel was ideal as it was within walking distance to Almasjid Alnabawy, which was a major convenience. The hotel itself was new and had all the necessary facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food and drinks, providing a good start to the day. I had a very good experience at M Platinum and would recommend it to others.

The wheelchair accessible room had good lighting and the AC worked well, and the hotel is in a great location, very close to the market area.

The hotel offered reasonable prices. We truly enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing 2 days overall. The location, around 10-15 minutes' walk from Ghars Well, was incredible. The hotel is relatively close to the city center.

The place was tidy and comfortable. I loved the amenities offered that included a tea kettle and a cozy bed. the hotel's location was not too far away from the city's main attractions which was a plus.

My experience was ruined by the hotel's poor customer service. the staff was unhelpful and was not able to communicate effectively in English.
